Our Shipping Process

Orders Placed Before 2:00 PM AEST

Your order is processed, packed, and dispatched the same day. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as the package is dropped off at the post office. Please note it may take a couple of hours for the tracking status to update after you receive the email. Most metro customers receive their order the very next business day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM AEST

If you miss the 2:00 PM cutoff, your order will be dispatched first thing the following business morning. Weekend orders are processed and shipped Monday morning.

Express Shipping Only

We do not offer standard shipping. Every single order is sent via Australia Post Express. We believe our customers deserve fast delivery, and we refuse to cut corners on shipping speed.
